My name is Ann Pizzorusso and I created this scholarship in honor of the saxophonist Giuseppe De Matola, my life partner, who passed away on May 16, 2022.
The “Giuseppe De Matola Scholarship” is intended for
saxophone students of the San Pietro Conservatory a
Majella of Naples www.sanpietroamajella.it
The saxophone teachers of the Naples Conservatory, in agreement with the director, will be able to establish the number and amount of the scholarships to be assigned, identifying the recipients according to the following criteria:
1) Deserving students from outside the region, which one
contribution to transfer and stay expenses a

2) Students who intend to participate in competitions
international in Italy and abroad, as a contribution
at documented expenses for registration, travel, stay
at the competition venue
3) Meritorious students who plan to perform
a period of studying the saxophone abroad, which

and international in the last two years
